Anleitung : Istikhara Gebet

Salam aleykum ,

Inshallah geht es euch alle gut . Ich lese überall was das Istikhara Gebet ist und welche Funktion es hat . Allerdings hab ich nirgendwo die anleitung gelesen . Es sind zwei Rakat : bete ich die normal ? Was müsste man zusätzlich rezitieren ?
